Q: I created a new meeting reminder, but my contacts did not receive an invitation via e-mail, what is going on?

A: CallMeet was designed to add meeting reminders to you own calendar, and not to send invitations. Support for invitations is planned for one of our future releases.

Q: My meetings are colored in green and red, what does it mean?

A: green and red coloring indicate that the meetings have been added and removed respectively, but have not yet been uploaded the CallMeet server (upload has failed or is still in progress). If the meetings remain colored for more than 30 seconds, make sure that Wi-Fi or mobile data connectivity is available and try to press the "Reload" button at the top left of the CallMeet app. If the problem still persists, please check your network configuration (e.g. by surfing with Safari). If network is OK, try to kill the app (tap home button, double-tap home button, long-press app icon at the bottom row, click red icon on the top left corner of the app icon) and run CallMeet again. If that didn't help, please contact us!

Q: I am using the CallMeet Lite. How can I upgrade to an ads-free version?

A: After the first day of use, the first time in which you will add/edit more than 2 reminders you will be prompted to upgrade to the full version. Alternatively, you can
buy Call Meet Calendar Premium.

Q: I've upgraded my Lite to Full, but after uninstalling and reinstalling my CallMeet is back to Lite mode. How can I switch back to full?

A: If you repeat the exact same purchase (e.g. if you upgraded from Lite to Full, upgrade to Full again, if you bought Premium, buy Premium again) you will NOT be charged again.

Q: I have Outlook 2003. Can I subscribe it to show my CallMeet reminders?

A: No. Internet shared calendars are only supported in Outlook 2007 or newer versions.

Q: I've upgraded my Lite to Full but the app icon name is still "CallMeet Lite". Why?

A: Unfortunately, Apple does not allow the app name to be changed dynamically.
